In three short days I will be beginning my Sieur Du luth journey. It feels a little surreal that it'll be beginning so soon, but my anticipation and excitement is through the roof. Just looking at the line up of vocal classes, master classes, and singing opportunities (including Don Giovanni and opera scenes) makes me feel incredibly fortunate to be apart of such a program. Bah! Just writing about it increases my anticipation tenfold. I'm quite honest when I say the thing I look forward to most though, is meeting my fellow Sieur Du Luth Divas. I know I'll be able to learn many useful things from them, but I also know we'll have some pretty good stories and memories by the time the five weeks are over!
